Future United Party and New Future Party Merge, Form “Reform Future Party” for a New Leap

The Future United Party, led by former Prime Minister Lee Nak-yeon, and the New Future Party, consisting of lawmakers who left the Democratic Party, have announced their integration as the “Reform Future Party.” The joint founding convention of the newly named party is scheduled to take place on the 4th of next month.

Park Won-seok, co-representative of the Future Alliance, and Shin Kyung-min, chairman of the New Future Party’s National Communication Committee, held a press conference at the National Assembly on the 28th to announce the integration of the two parties.
