Seoul Auction Presents “ART NOW” Exhibition Featuring 7 Emerging Artists Leading the Future of Korean Contemporary Art

Seoul Auction, a prominent player in the domestic and international art market, is hosting the 7th edition of the “ART NOW” exhibition, showcasing the works of 7 promising artists. The aim of this exhibition is to discover and introduce noteworthy contemporary artists through various mediums.

Diverse Artistic Talents

The selected artists, Kim Seung-hyun, DadaZ, Ryu Ho-yeol, Moon Seung-ji, Park In-sun, Oh Ji-eun, and Jin Gwi-won, are actively engaged in fields such as painting, NFT, video, furniture, objets d’art, and sculpture.

A Glimpse into the Artists’ Works

This exhibition showcases Kim Seung-hyun’s painting based on texts, DadaZ’s “Emoticon” series, Ryu Ho-yeol’s video and photography works, Moon Seung-ji’s unique furniture made from stainless steel plates, Park In-sun’s paintings and objet d’art, Oh Ji-eun’s painting, and Jin Gwi-won’s sculptural works that offer a new experience of space through various forms of stones.

Seoul Auction states, “This exhibition provides an opportunity to experience the current state of Korean contemporary art through the works of 7 domestic artists who are creating a vibrant and distinctive art world. We hope to convey their vivid passion, energy, and anticipation for the upcoming year 2024.”

Exhibition Details

The exhibition will take place at Seoul Auction Gangnam Center in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, and will continue until January 14, 2024. However, the exhibition will be closed from December 26 to January 3.
