Professor Kim In-ho, a law professor at Ewha Womans University, has been reappointed as a permanent director of the UNIDROIT Institute. This decision was made during the 82nd UNIDROIT General Assembly held in Rome, where Professor Kim secured 48 out of 58 valid votes, showcasing his expertise and recognition within the international legal community.
Since his initial appointment in 2019, Professor Kim has been actively contributing to the goals of UNIDROIT, which aims to achieve harmony and progressive unification of judicial systems between nations. With his reappointment for the 2024-2028 term, Professor Kim will continue to lead efforts towards judicial harmony and progressive unification, furthering the institute’s objectives.
