Kim Soo-yeon will be applying the concept of collage to music by performing piano quintets by Shostakovich and Dvorak. The performance, accompanied by the Daniel Quartet, promises to be a vibrant and multidimensional musical experience.

Shostakovich’s Piano Quintet in G minor, Op.57, is renowned for its intense impression and subtle humor. On the other hand, Dvorak’s Piano Quintet in A major, Op.81, combines warm lyricism with rich melodies. Through her interpretation, Kim Soo-yeon aims to highlight the unique characteristics of each composition while revealing their shared qualities.
